Item adalah barang atau jasa yang dijual atau dibeli oleh perusahaan. Bisa juga item adalah bahan untuk manufacture dan juga bahan untuk pack.

• Item milik Company (secara sistem).

• Item milik 0 atau lebih Selling (Quotation, Sales Order, Sales Invoice, Blanked Order).

• Item milik 0 atau lebih Buying (Purchase Order, Purchase Invoice, Request for Quotation, Supplier Quotation).

• Item milik 0 atau lebih Stock Transactions (Material Request, Stock Entry, Purchase Receipt, Delivery Note, Packing Slip, Shipment, Pick List)

• Item memiliki 1 atau lebih UOM.

• Item milik 1 Item Group.

• Item memiliki 1 atau lebih Item Price.

• Item memiliki 0 atau lebih Item Attribute.

• Item memiliki 0 atau lebih Item Variants.

• Item milik 1 atau lebih Warehouse.

• Item memiliki 0 atau lebih Stock.

• Item milik 1 atau lebih Product Bundle.

• Item milik 1 atau lebih Supplier

• Item memiliki 1 atau lebih Common (Images, Attachments, Comments, Tags).

Relasi

• Item belongs to a Company; Company has 0 to many Items.

• Item belongs to many Selling (Quotation, Sales Order, Sales Invoice, Blanked Order); Selling (Quotation, Sales Order, Sales Invoice, Blanked Order) has 1 to many Items.

• Item belongs to many Buying (Purchase Order, Purchase Invoice, Request for Quotation, Supplier Quotation); Buying (Purchase Order, Purchase Invoice, Request for Quotation, Supplier Quotation) has 1 to many Items.

• Item belongs to many Stock Transactions (Material Request, Stock Entry, Purchase Receipt, Delivery Note, Packing Slip, Shipment, Pick List); Stock Transactions (Material Request, Stock Entry, Purchase Receipt, Delivery Note, Packing Slip, Shipment, Pick List) has 1 to many Items.

• Item belongs to many UOM; UOM belongs to many Items.

• Item belongs to Item Group; Item Group has 0 to many Items.

Jika Item memiliki Item Variants maka Item induk tersebut tidak dapat ditambahkan pada data penjualan ataupun pembelian.
